Air fried potato chips

Low fat, oil free fries.


Serves 2

4 large potatoes, scrubbed


  1. Slice the potatoes into thick chips. Place in a microwave steamer with a little water in the bottom. Microwave for 10 minutes (or 6-8 minutes if you cut them into thin chips or use only 2 potatoes).

  2. Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer. (You can first toss in some spices such as paprika, garlic powder and onion powder if you like). Air fry for 12-18 minutes (depending on the size and quantity), until lightly browned.
